Recently we have been talking about the SmugAlana situation which has been a huge topic not only in the VTuber space but the youtube space in general, but many are confused as to why YouTube are failing to respond to any of the new messages she sends them. As they have clearly messed up but it seems like the VTuber is getting no help at all which has infuriated a lot of fans ove ron twitter as its ridiculous that this hasn't been sorted sooner and presents a very worrying time for VTubers that want to create on the platform in the future with all of the issues they have had.
