Finally got around to adding my new NPCs to the game. In each hut, there will always be at least one Toad (stationary) to explain the uses of the item, one Toad (wandering aimlessly) who will give you tips and trivia, and Luigi who will give you updates on the plot. There may be more NPCs in other areas as well. I might go ahead and add extra NPCs to the castle vaults, or a fourth/fifth NPC to the huts. I may also use Peach, Wario, or Waluigi as NPCs as well!
