Today I’m showing you how to make Smothered Hamburger Gravy served over savory garlic-butter rice. We’re taking perfectly browned ground beef and turning it into a rich, seasoned homemade gravy with onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and plenty of flavor.
Instead of using plain white rice, I’m seasoning it with AB’s Steak and Burger Rub, garlic, onion, thyme, beef broth, and butter. That extra layer of flavor makes this an easy Southern comfort-food dinner the whole family can enjoy.
