In this video, Eric demonstrates the bearing delay 9mm upper from@MEANARMS, which uses ball bearings instead of rollers or a rotating bolt head to delay the system. This type of system doesn't require heavy springs or buffers and results in a very smooth and light recoiling setup, and by the use of their ENDO mags we can run 9mm from a standard AR lower with no need for adapters.
