This is a variant of my previous sound, Deep Layered Brown Noise, where I have added turbulent deep-bass textures deep deep down in the mix. It is great for focusing at work, studying, drowning out other sounds, and getting high quality sleep.
It is best to play this one on headphones or a subwoofer for the full rumbling effect.

The ground loop noise is hidden so deeply down in the mix that the effect it has is mostly to change the texturing of the primary noise. It sounds a lot like a box fan to me, or some other large HVAC motor. Very large, and rusty.
Rusty Noise is perfect for getting to sleep, meditating intensely, focusing on your studies, or just drowning out other noises in your local environment.
