I am not a Pit Master, or BBQ Boss. I tried SMOKING a ROAST PORK for the FIRST TIME. This is NOT A COOKING CHANNEL OR HOW TO VIDEO.

This was my first time using an offset smoker to hot smoke a pork roast. Al thought it took longer than any YouTube video told me to expect, it turned out….. pretty good.

Don’t subscribe or like if you expect more smoking videos. It’s obviously not my forte! Haha
