This video took longer than expected to come out, for two reasons. The first is that this was my first thumbnail that I didn't make on my computer (it was made in Adobe Fresco on an ipad), and it was a bit of a hassle figuring out how to export the speedpaint, how to get it onto my computer, and then all the normal editing.
The second is that shortly after finishing, while I was still in the "figuring out how this works" phase, I received news that a woman very close to my family had passed, and due to being halfway across the country for schooling, I am unable to attend her funeral.
I ended up dropping all current map parts at the time. It's been a long few weeks, but I've started getting back to work on thumbnails and animation, I've found some new maps to take parts for, and life is moving onward. It's not easy, and there'll likely be some more gaps here and there in my uploads, but I'd like to honor her memory by continuing forward with my goals.
Depressing stuff out of the way, this is for Smokey Eyes! A revenant Ashfur AU MAP hosted by Grimalkind, it's an amazing concept, and I love being able to watch the parts come together in his server.
