Today we smoke a Christmas ham on Webber Smokey Mountain smoker at 250 degrees for two and half hours.
No need to season the ham but you could use your favorite BBQ rub. We got all the flavors from our Dr Pepper Glaze.
From our family to our
Merry Christmas.
Recipe for glaze:
1 Cup Dr Pepper
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Crush Pineapple
½ Cup Honey
Combine all ingredients in sauce pot over medium high heat. Stir to combine until reduce to about consistency of Maple Syrup. Allow to cool before use. Refrigerator any extra glaze for later use.
