Rule: Re-spawning within the level is allowed. Using portals is not allowed.
I downgraded to ver.1.3.56 because we can exit from stages quickly due to user interface, and the loading time is short.

When the timer shows 0.07, the edge of Course 71 is not yet red. This means the timer starts at least 0.07 seconds faster.
[Timer Stop]
Timing ends when the pop-up after course 80 is visible at the bottom of the screen. At that time, the timer shows 1:48.62.
1:48.62 - 0.07 = 1:48.55, and rounding it, I got 1:48.6
