This is probably JC's hardest uncleared level, as it requires 21 midair inputs to clear. I spent a few hours playing this back in 2020, but I never beat it. I recently returned to this level because it was still uncleared, and I ended up beating it pretty quickly. I had one session earlier this week where I got a new PB after about an hour, and then I beat the level within 20 minutes today. Took me probably 6-7 hours between my 2020 and 2023 playtime. 6 JC uncleared levels remain.

A really cool Kaizo level that NiklYoshi uploaded in 2021. Team0% is closing in on 2021 levels (less than 50 left), and this was one of the remaining ones. Prior to my clear, I had gotten into the first keydoor, but had missed one of the keys along the way, so I was unable to clear the level that attempt.

NSMBU precision/tech demonstration level made by Wowawa. This level was uploaded on Feb. 10, 2016, and was very ahead of its time. Since a lot of the tech/tricks in this level was foreign to a large majority of the player base, the level quickly gained a reputation for being one of the hardest NSMBU levels at the time. The level was later deleted, but I remade it so I could play it. I got lucky beating this the first time I passed the 3x3 muncher jump. Took me 2 hours and 55 minutes to beat including practice.

Pangas Pit of Panga: The Cape Escape completed in 00:52.997.
It might not seem like it, but this is one of the craziest things Ive done in this game. This was very fun for me to both route and play, but I dont have any interest in cutting this time down further unless beaten. I think a low 52 is the limit with these current strategies, but implementing more difficult regrab strats could bring the time down below 50s. The former world record was a 00:58.159 set by Warspyking.
