This level looks easy the timer is perfect, it has 0.03% the clear rate, I had to try multiple tries in many multiple possible routes to clear, but I beat it 3 times to get the video.
I wonder if the pause at end helps to save a frame.
The former WR was 10.001, but I managed somehow to get a 9.985
