First ever lightning 5-2 as luigi! This requires almost perfect execution on the clip and basically a perfect pipe entry, which barely squeezes out another framerule. Hopefully I will eventually be able to get the lightning 5-2 framerule as mario so that the human sum of best will be tied with the small mario no L+R TAS. Also, this lowered the sum of best by a framerule, although I'm not sure where the human sum of best currently stands. Shoutouts to Kriller for the clip setup!
