If you can get the beginning sequence down, this is probably the safest route through the level in terms of minimizing pipe-jumps, and doesn't interact with non-Piranha Plant enemies much. The red-blue pipe part can probably be improved, but this already had nearly a second to spare with a decently long pause at the star block.
