The video shows 5 times of Mario hitting Pirana Plants from the left side of the screen before they show up on the screen (at the exact frame they are loaded). This glitch is very rare, and I first found it during the maximum coins TAS. I think this has something to do with a previous enemy like a Goomba, and requires a very precise fireball (the invisible object can only be hit on one frame). I'm still working on the glitch to see whether it can be used on other kinds of enemies and places where it's useful.
