This is my first time using GarageBand on my computer and I gotta say, I'm not disappointed with the results. I did NOT make this remix, but I didn't see a lot of people posting this either, so I'm posting it here. Also, I really like this.

For best quality, try using the MIDI on Mac's GarageBand. It definitely works on iPhone/iPad, but there are some things that it can only do on Mac.

One more thing, I made a LOT of Undertale remakes in GarageBand using MIDIs as templates. I will be giving credit to as many people as I possibly can who make the original MIDIs, and I will release a dump of the files when I have the chance, but not right now. If you want to use the GarageBand project files, please give credit to the original MIDI creator and me. This will go for any of the GarageBand Gaming stuff I make.
