There are known ways of skipping the flagpole in various levels, but this one uses a different way (not sure if demonstrated before), by getting hurt on a Spiny. Just a simple demonstration, not difficult actually.

New TAS project, for the Mega Man fans. Low% means no hearts, E/W/Ex-Tanks, or any piece of armor.
