Getting a little raccoon recon in before the big day. I stopped by Raymond James Stadium to try the chocolate cake that will be used in the upcoming Extreme Eating Championships World Chocolate Cake Eating Championship. As a pro bodybuilder and professional eater, preparation matters, so this was a chance to see what we’re dealing with before the athletes step up on April 4. Texture, density, icing to cake ratio, all of it counts when speed eating is involved. Consider this the official taste test before things get messy inside the stadium.
