Continuing our Wednesday evening serious talk on addiction, depression, treatment and recovery. It's so good to see that some others in the chat and in touch after the shows have been helped or inspired by the stream. It's therapy for Oliver to talk things through, but to see a positive effect on others is truly wonderful.
Smashed is a totally safe environment for Oliver to talk about his experiences with antidepressants, addiction and mental health and an equally welcoming and safe space for anyone in the chat to join us, ask the questions, share their own stories or simply lurk and listen in the background.
