Who has the least vulnerable hitbox when hanging on a ledge? (aka How low can you go?!)

(WARNING) Explanation ahead:
My original test didn't take into account that the hurtbox is animated: youtube.com/watch?v=na5uz3XcLp0
To overcome this I needed the "weapon's" hitbox to be invariable - ENTER FOX'S BLASTER. This acts as a consistant upper-bound for the character's changing animation. Fox's height is adjusted precisely with the shallow slope; The further he is to the right, the lower his lasers. Finally, I noted his horizontal position when his lasers only ever get glancing blows (, like phantom hits), and no damage is taken.
