It's like when you get hit by Mario's cape and it turns you around, except this lasts until you turn around...?
I wasn't sure I'd be able to replicate this and it took a while to get it lol
I haven't tested for other characters so I don't know the exact requirements, but to enter Booty Mode in this instance it seemed the conditions were:
1. everyone must be in the air,
2. ROB's side special and Dark Pit's dair must connect on almost exactly the same frame, and
3. ROB and Dark Pit must be on a team (TA off)
