In Pokemon Red, Blue Ultimus is a strong trainer with the roster no. 3 of trainer 256 and Champion Blue's AI and sprite. It can be encountered after fighting any Trainer with roster #3 then immediately performing the Old Man Glitch, while having / as the 3rd, 5th or 7th character in your name (I used cheats to change my name, but the name is legit). He has 6 level 215 Pokemon.
In this video I smashed his Pokemon with only 3 Pokemon without items (Mew was used only for Surf), by abusing his AI flaws. I messed up a bit but managed to defeat him anyways. He's no stronger than Agatha Ultima after all. h Poke can be replaced with Gengar (they're basically the same thing) if you don't want to use glitch Pokemon.
