While For Glory is infamous for being a laggy mess against those that abuse said lag with spamming moves that suddenly seem much more effective under it, I haven't actually encountered that sort of issue very often myself. If anything, I've had my fair share of fun and amusement, facing many players that like to do small greetings like with crouching or starting the match with a friendly taunt, some even complimenting and saying nice things in their tag names like small messages.

Those sort of interactions actually make me want to get to know some other online players, especially with Smash Ultimate being such a hyped topic! So with Smash 4's life being on its last few months, I'm considering letting people know my NNID if they'd really like to play with me (though I would prefer that people PM me for this sort of thing as I’d like to know who exactly is trying to send me a Friend Invite, ya know? Like maybe contacting me on my Tumblr or Twitter).

Because of this new focus on trying to play and get to know other people, I'll be retiring from playing anymore For Glory matches for now. I hope that I can possibly meet some new, maybe permanent, friends!

Note: I like to play both competitively and casually, so I’m up for 1v1s, Doubles (which is my favorite! With Team Attack ON at least), Free For Alls whether they have Items ON or OFF, Customs, etc.
