These mashed potatoes made in the Ninja Smartlid are extra tasty because of a little secret in their cooking. Instead of cooking the potatoes on a hob in salted water we’ve used the Ninja 15 in 1 smartlid to gently steam cook the potatoes in a lovely buttery stock which is then used to make the mash extra creamy at the end of cooking. They are so tasty you’ll think you’re in a restaurant.
