This is the official video introducing the Freeze Wash feature of the Bespoke AI WindFree , Samsung's new room air conditioner.

Keep your AC clean & hygienic easy maintenance without the help of a professional. Freeze Wash quickly freezes and then defrosts the heat exchanger. So it is washed in water, which removes dirt and contamination, including 95% of microorganisms. Finally, it dries up any moisture. Also, it alerts you when it is time for cleaning.

So, how does it work?
Step 1: Freeze the heat exchanger of the indoor unit.
Step 2: The wind blows in to melt the ice. A lot of water is created, and pollutants in the heat exchanger are washed away.
Step 3: Dry up any moisture left on the heat exchanger

Q. How can I turn on Freeze Wash?
A: Turn off the AC, press the “Options” button on the remote controller, and select ""Wash"". Or you can turn it on using SmartThings on your phone.
