Smalliermouse is an Atari-targeted refactor of Simon Inns' Smally Mouse 2 quadrature mouse emulator for modern USB mice.
Unfortunately, I've broken one of my devices.

The first cable I built in my External PSU video wouldnt power my ST.
Did I get my calculations wrong? Is it a bad cable? Was someting else the problem? Was it all three?
