I went to Comic Con this year and was informed straight from the writers' mouths that this coming season is going to be the season where we will see Clark embrace his destiny more than ever before. THere's a REALLY good chance we'll even get to see him fly!!
Anyway, while listening to my iPod while cleaning last week I heard this song and all of a sudden, like lightning, I was struck with inspiration. I wanted to make a video unlike any other I've made before. With this song came the inspiration to make a video that tells the story of Superman according to how "Smallville" portrays it.
In this video, I was aiming to capture Clark's journey in developing his powers, learning who he really is and becoming the superhero that we all know and love. However, I wanted to go a step further and make the connections to the comic book story that have appeared in the show. I have not read all the comics so I do not know the full story so I may have missed some connections but I do believe I got the important ones (at least I hope). I also challenged myself to go in chronological order. For the most part I succeeded but the song takes a twist that calls for action scenes so that is where the chronology ends, lol. The clips up until that part of the song are in the order they appeared on the show but the audio is not. I put the audio more or less in the order I think it happened in time, lol. Because this is mainly connecting to the comics, I made a conscious decision to omit Chloe. I do love Chloe but for this video I only wanted the comic book characters to appear. I REALLY hope you all like this!! I am VERY proud with how it came out!! PLEASE RATE, COMMENT and ENJOY =D

I apologize if some of the voiceovers are either too loud or too quiet. I tried my best to get them all to be heard and understood!!
Also, this video is dedicated to the late George Reeves and Christopher Reeve. Both are real life Supermen who sadly are no longer with us :)

Okay so yesterday jaderoyale posted this beyond HOT video of Clark Kent. I swear I cannot get enough of it! Ive seen it like a hundred times (at least) and I still get chills, lol.

So I decided I must make one of my own. I was listening to my iTunes and this song came on and I knew in an instant that this particular part of the song was perfect for how we feel about the lovely Tom Welling and Clark Kent, lol. The song is intended to be about a girl but I had to twist this part to be for our Tommy Tights :)
I have been working on some sadder projects lately but after seeing Jades video I was in the mood for a fun little vidlet. I dont usually make vidlets but this idea was too much fun to pass up. I am also trying to finish alma45s Christmas present but have had vidders bloc for the past few weeks (I swear I will get it done ASAP Alms!). But I did include a scene involving Clarks eyebrows in this vid just for Alma (around 0:23..its the clip I told you about from Exile sorry if its too dark to make out...didnt realize it til after the hour long save, lol).
Anyway, I had loads of fun making this today. This is the first video Ive made in one sitting in a LONG time and its only a vidlet (no wonder, haha). PLEASE RATE, COMMENT and ENJOY :)
Oh yeah and I included a scene from The Fog at the end (after the credits) cuz that line is priceless and makes me smile every time I watch that scene :D
