HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY ALMA45!!!
So a few days before I left for my European trip, alma45, bless her heart, sent me a video to wish me a belated happy birthday and said she'd make me a bday vid next year. And when I asked her when her birthday was I decided to make a vid for her since it hadn't passed yet. I do apologize for the delay since her actual birthday was July 24th which was 2 days after I got back from my trip and jetlag was NOT my friend, haha.
I finally finished this late last night. I have actually been working on it since the end of May. I had a bunch of unfinished projects when I found out about alma45's birthday and I chose to finish this one as a gift for her because I think she would like it best out of all my unfinished projects (hope I'm right and she likes it, lol).
So yeah, season 8 rocked for Lois & Clark and I'm super stoked for season 9!! This song says it all, they are getting closer to love. Originally I was debating between vidding this song for Leyton or Clois but since FerryboatProductions has already made an amazing Leyton video to this song I decided to go with Clois, lol. And besides, it's a better fit for Lois & Clark as a whole since they're not [openly] in love with each other yet whereas Lucas and Peyton are, haha. I tried to use at least one scene from all the episodes Lois & Clark share together...hope I succeeded...

And back with our BEST collaboration yet! You thought it was hard before to tell who did what, well its gotten even harder! Muahaha...
So about a month and a half ago my VIT [Video Idea Twin], jaderoyale, tweeted me saying we should make a cast vid to this song and what perfect timing as I had been dying to vid a OneRepublic song! So I was all for this! Jade split the song and made the MAGNIFICENT coloring and we were set to go! I swear we had half this video done within a week, we were so inspired, lol. I am quite proud of this video, I literally cant stop watching it! I hope you all like it!

I can’t believe it’s been 19 years since I posted my first video (coincidentally also to a Goo Goo Dolls song, lol). That’s crazy! I had so much fun putting this video together. I am very pleased with how it turned out. Was a little nervous experimenting with overlays for the first time but I think they added a fun element to that part of the song. Hope you all like it!
And last, but certainly not least (as the show would not exist without him), please join me in wishing Tom Welling a very happy birthday! Alright, before I get into this description, please do NOT rate this down. I am well aware its not the greatest vid ever visually but thats really not the point of it. Its just a fun video to watch AND listen to :)
So luvtheheaven3 introduced me to the Starkvilles House of El podcast. Every week they discuss the latest episode of Smallville. I havent listened to ALL of them yet but of all the episodes I have heard, this segment of the Turbulence unedited podcast is my ALL TIME FAVORITE!! Its just SO funny!! I dare you not to laugh, haha.

So I was relistening to this part of the podcast and I got this idea of putting the visuals to the Dear Diary entries. Steve and Derek were joking around wondering what Lexs diary would say. There are bits of this video that are slightly off but its not really worth re-saving. I also didnt save this in HD because its not worth the 3+ hour save HD takes on my computer, lol. But its still good quality and in widescreen.

ciaimpala kick started this Christmas Wish List trend. I wish I could grant at least one wish for everyone who has responded to her vid but sadly I do not have the time. But I do want to grant as many as I can. So who better to start with than my BYTFF (Best YouTube Friend Forever), luvtheheaven3 (formerly luvtheheaven). We have been talking for over 2 years now!! I still remember when she first commented on my She Will Be Loved Clana video way back when and we have talked pretty much on a daily basis ever since! I have always admired her work and am eternally grateful for all the songs shes sent me, the clips she provided me when I was still searching for sites and most of all for reviewing my work to help make each vid the best it can be!! I do plan to grant a few more wishes but I really wanted to at least grant one of hers!
So luvtheheaven3 changed her first wish to be a vid to a song from Glee (darn and I was going to get you an iPod, lol...seriously though, I was considering giving you my old one but Im not quite ready to part with it...sorry! you got a new one anyway so its all good). I then proceeded to download ALL the songs from the show and listened to them tirelessly one night to find a good one to vid. Now I REALLY was hoping to get inspiration for a Clana video from them. Its been AGES since Ive vidded Clana and I know while she loves Clois, luvtheheaven3 has a spot for Clana in her heart and I know she would love to see a Clana vid from me again. But I just couldnt find any inspiration BUT I did find inspiration for Clois (no surprise there, lol).
Ive been searching high and low for a good song for Clois from a female perspective. The last few Clois vids Ive made have been from Clarks POV and while I ADORE vidding his POV I wanted to change things up and try taking on Lois POV.
Lois Lane and Clark Kent have both had their share of heartache. Theyve played the game and are more protective of their hearts than either were at their start in the show. But life is about taking chances and both have come to a point in their lives where they are willing to give the love game another go around. I tried to capture at least one moment from every episode these two have shared. I know a few are missing but I tried, lol. Also, this video focuses on season 9, I tried to even out the seasons in the choruses but the verses screamed season 9 to me and lets face it, its just too much fun vidding season 9 Clois, lol. LOIS & CLARK ARE FINALLY A COUPLE!! WOOT WOOT :)
Just a warning for all of you...a good portion of this video is fast paced. I know not everyone likes fast paced editing but I wanted to match all the beats and Im very proud with how it came out! I experimented yet again with overlays. I know they go by really fast but if you watch this vid more than once I hope you can catch the connections Ive made between episodes. I also tried out new coloring tactics (thanks partially to alma45 whos secret recipe served as a basis for figuring out the right combination with this vid, lol). Hope you like it :)

I usually dont include scenes at the end of my vids but this scene is just too cute and it plays into the giving mood of Christmas. Cool points to those of you who can pick out my fave moment in that scene (for those of you who know already, youve already gotten your cool points for it...you know who you are, haha).
