Honestly I have absolutely no idea what’s happening here but all I can get from this is that this is big run, salmonids are invading the cities. Maybe some Smallfry ended up in splatsville and got stuck in this waterway. Oh and I don’t think it’s little buddy because when I heard this I couldn’t find him near the source of the noise, but you could still find him in the plaza.
