This is a small 3x3 Hidden Staircase (Maizuma) Door by ArwayWasGae and me. It is only 9x5x3=135 Blocks, currently the smallest in the world.

I called it as a Pitch Cave Door based on the shape combination of the Pitch Door and the Cave Door.
