YouTube recently updated their monetization policy following the Logan Paul stunt in Japan. Typically these changes are always bad, and there is some vague terminology that is indeed concerning given YouTube's lack of transparency and competence in recent years, but here's my argument for why this isn't necessarily that bad and why you shouldn't feel discouraged from pursuing your hobby on this platform.

YouTube is definitely a very unforgiving place, but I truly believe that if my untalented soul could achieve success, then so can you. Stick to it. Buy my merch. #Logang4Life
