This video covers some of the pros and cons of working at a small company vs a large company. You may look at the cool projects advertised at large companies, but that doesn't mean you'll definitely be doing the more interesting work. Below are some of the pros and cons mentioned in the video. There isn't one right path in general, but just think about your interests and what's best for you.

Large Company Pros:
1. Higher pay
2. Better benefits (medical, dental, retirement, etc)
3. Lots of resources for help
4. Work on big projects
5. Many paths you can go within the company

Large Company Cons:
1. Less technical activities (especially in beginning)
2. Don't know everyone at the company
3. Smaller part of project you are working on
4. Contributions are less noticeable

Small Company Pros:
1. More interesting technical work (especially in beginning)
2. Exposure to lots of different things
3. Bigger part of projects you are working on
4. More flexibility
5. Part of a family cause everyone knows eachother

Small Company Cons:
1. More hectic hours (sometimes without more pay)
2. Benefits aren't as appealing
3. More volatility if economy tanks
4. If you want a change, need to change companies
