Small Entryway Table Makeover | Timelapse | Furniture Flip
I live on a tight budget that doesn't allow me to have extra spending money. I'm truly grateful for all of the blessings God has given me. I don't "need" anything. I have a roof over my head, food on my table, and Jesus by my side. However, it's nice to be able to take someone else's trash and turn it into treasure. It's not some glam flip, but it's exactly what I needed and I love how it turned out!
All I used was contact paper from Walmart I already had from doing my kitchen island. Apple Barrel Matte White Acrylic Paint, and Mod Podge Matte to seal.
I already had all three things so this makeover was free! You can find all the products at Walmart.
1.) Contact Paper $5
2.) Apple Barrel Matte White $.50 (Small bottle)
3.) Mod Podge Matte $1 (Small Bottle)
Steps
1.) Cleaned it with a damp cloth
2.) Took it apart
3.) Painted all the legs and wood pieces. I gave each one two coats letting it dry between each one.
4.) Measured, cut, and stuck the contact paper to both shelves. I then trimmed off the excess with an x-acto knife.
5.) Painted the three sides of the shelve edges that can be seen. I painted those with two coats letting them dry between each one.
6.) Cleaned off any paint that got on the contact paper.
7.) Sealed everything I painted.
8.) Lastly, I put it back together!

It caused me to develop serious mental health issues. I was self-medicating by using drugs and alcohol for over twenty years. I've been sober and clean ever since. Glory be to God! I started my walk with Christ along with my health and fitness Journey, and soon after, I found myself itching to get back to my passion, my art! But: I didn't just want to do it for myself. I wanted to share what God blessed me with and did for me and the joy He brings me to others. Not long after, I created my YouTube channel, DIY No Need To Cry!
