UPDATE: Rupa has beaten this run by about ten seconds. You can find his new run here: youtu.be/80BiRNreAiA
I'm still slightly struggling to believe that I managed to do this. I did this run last night within only 30 minutes of streaming it live on Twitch. This run uses a sideflip, dive reset, and mid-air backflip to reach the upper section of the rolling rocks room earlier than intended, which required me to perform three frame-perfect inputs to execute correctly. This run beats Rupa's WR of this star (youtube.com/watch?v=yxutS023hOM) by about nine or ten seconds.
Shoutouts to...
Sharkey91 for discovering the dive reset in 2016.
Josh65536 for making an in-depth explanation of the dive reset, which gave me a better understanding of the exploit. You can find his explanation here: youtube.com/watch?v=LYE3pbvhlcE
WildGeffe64 and bobbybob for encouraging me to do this run.
Adeal for giving me the idea to stream my attempts for this run last night.
relievedliberty for clipping this run during my stream last night.
Time starts at 4.433 and ends at 29.267 at 30 fps to get a final time of 0h 0m 24s 833ms. Retimed using [yt-frame-timer](mattbraddock.com/yt-frame-timer)

When Bart said, Oh God, can we skip this level? I really felt that. This level was pretty boring to TAS; the only parts I really found enjoyable to TAS were the Bartman skip in Section 2 and the entirety of the final section. Hopefully, Mob Rules will be more interesting to TAS.
