I've been playing through a lot of old hacks from SirRouven's hack pack to fill out my profile on Romhacking.com and came across this one. The first five stars could barely be considered Kaizo, but star 6 and the 100 coins introduced some very annoying jumps which definitely ramp up the difficulty. I'd consider this more of bad level design than a good kaizo, but at least I got all 7 stars without savestates!
