2nd place this time, still very happy with it. Missed a couple of optimizations SilentSlayers did better, so congrats to him!
This video is a bit different than my previous task videos. I included all my optimizations I did during the task, using the ghost race hack ROM made by Kaze. All the annotations I add to this video are not meant to be what is best to do on this task, but my thoughts during the process of making it.
I also included a comparison between SilentSlayers and me to show what I could have improved from my own submission.

Task Information:
In Rainbow Ride, warp from the big house to the area above the red coins and collect the red coin star.
- Time starts when stage is visible after warping and ends when Mario celebrates after collecting star
- Start recording just before warping. Do NOT record too late
- No grabbing objects prior to warping
- No collecting red coins prior to warping
- No interacting (killing, receiving knockback, etc.) with any killable enemy at all
- Activating bob-ombs fuse timer accidentally is fine if they don't affect you in any way (No pushing Mario or taking its coin)

Cant compare with previous WR since there isnt a video available, but if I compare this to my previous record, this new ending strat is faster (but harder to do), and the first section was cleaner. Appart from that, the driving was probably a bit worse than my .371 .
29.1 doable.

Decent run, last lap was a bit weaker and best splits give me 1:43.3 but happy with this run for now :)

Practicing new ending strat, definitely harder to get with BLS than with egg1. Improvable (specially lap 2) but decent run. Will keep trying to improve 3lap SC again.
