Here, I collect the star "Footrace with Koopa the Quick" in Super Mario 64, in what I like to call "Slip n' Slide Mode", where Mario will unavoidably slide down any surface that is not completely flat.
This is done by hacking the variable known as "Terrain Type" to be locked at a value of 6. This mode is used for the big slide levels (i.e. Princess's Secret Slide, as well as the slides in Cool Cool Mountain and Tall Tall Mountain).
What that does is essentially make surfaces extremely slippery; any surface that has a slope that isn't basically equal to zero will make Mario instantly start sliding down it. This even applies to surfaces which are normally set to "non-slippery", which is a setting that will let Mario walk on them without sliding down, regardless of the steepness of the slope.
For an idea of just how flat a surface needs to be in order for Mario to stand on it in this mode, just note that the step Mario is on in the following picture, which deviates from being flat by a mere 1.4 degrees, is too steep to stand on:
