I collect the star Quick Race Through Downtown in Wet Dry World without touching water.

First I light-grab the Chuckya to bring it away from it's spawning positon to make sure that it stays in one place and doesn't attack me while I'm reducing my speed next to it. Then I do an Overflow Jump and return to the mainmap next to where I placed the chuckya. Then I wait until I drop down to QPU syncing speed and bring the Chuckya to a PU in which I can simply clone the star by constantly switching between the two areas.
