A bit unsatisfied, since it's not optimized at all but at least I got the idea to work. If you're wondering why I had to go around then enter that pool of water instead of instantly going in it, is because when you Z C^ that way, Mario will either launch backwards or go inside the wall because there's no way to make Mario fall and instantly double jump like I did.
