Using sm64-eye-border-remover (Made by Dominicentek):

(NOTE: This tool may or may not work for certain textures, making it look worse or doesn't work. ALTERNATIVELY, you could use romhacking.com/tools cutout alpha fixer or using the old method but with opacity 1% and see if it works for textures.)

(NOTE 2: This tool also has a Linux version, I will make a tutorial on how to use it on Linux and alternative methods of removing borders which it will be posted on Glitchified+ channel or MDA channel)
