I was invited to do a two hour mentor session at the Nimbus School of Recording and Media in Vancouver. In this very vulnerable presentation, I talk about who I am, how I got started in the music industry and my journey from zero to hero. I talk about the importance of having a good work ethic and how to correctly measure your success. And then I show a couple of techniques in Ableton. But really, the talk was mostly about personal discipline and it will hopefully inspire you to treat music production and DJing like YOUR ACTUAL JOB. It's raw and uncut. Enjoy!
