Here’s a soothing track that I wrote for for sleep, but it is also appropriate for meditation, yoga, relaxation and more. This piece has been modified from standard tuning to be at 432Hz, which is a popular tuning frequency in the meditation community. It also contains delta wave binaural beats, which are said to help with sleep and deep relaxation. This music is best experienced with headphones. I took elements from all of my most widely-used sleep tracks that I have ever made to create this track. I hope you’ll enjoy it!
