TAKE A DEEP BREATH | Slower Guided Breathing Exercise | 9 Breaths Per Minute @TAKEADEEPBREATH | Uploaded August 2024 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
This exercise should ideally be done in and out through your nose, very gently and slowly, its not about filling all the way up and emptying as much as you can, its a slow gentle technique.

The benefits include a calmer mind, a more relaxed body and nervous system, easier sleep, more energy and more focus. enjoy, Mike
