Today I'm sharing a slow winter day during an ice storm. I will show you all playroom tour and how I organize toys, books I'm reading in 2025, and my favorite egg bite recipe. I hope you enjoy and are having a cozy and warm January so far.

EGG BITE RECIPE:
mix 6 eggs, 1 1/4C cottage cheese, 1 1/4C shredded cheese of choice, 2 TBS cornstarch, 1/2 tsp hot sauce, salt/pepper and blend for 30 sec
pour into muffin pan and top with cooked bacon
put boiling water in 9x13 pan in 325 degree oven, bake egg bites for 20-25 min until set. Enjoy!
