The cops tried to get this car to stop by doing 10+ pit maneuvers & many more spike strips over the course of 2 hours. Then apparently they were told to just let the car keep on rolling until it stops on it's own, instead of just cornering the 5MPH car. Some vigilantes weren't having that & decided to do the cops job for them!
