Conducting a little experiment on something I read on the inter webs. Rumor has it, slow roasted strawberries are heavenly. Let's see, shall we?
Ingredients:
Container of strawberries, rinsed and stems cut off

Directions:
Place strawberries on a baking sheet and bake at 210 F for 3 hours. Let them cool before trying.

I mashed a few of these in some heavy whipping cream. Tasty!
