Hi everyone, this week I've made two items which have slipped all over the place. The first is Simplicity 1887 skirt, which is a skirt with an elasticated back with side pockets. I think the fabric is some kind of crepe, but was a really tricky fabric to sew with. The second item I made was McCalls 7432 and I made it into a T-shirt, rather than a jersey dress. I added sleeves this time to the t-shirt and hemmed it on my regular sewing machine, but the main construction was done on my overlocker, with mixed results.
