Silm Dusty (1927-2003) He didn't earn the title "the King of Australian Country Music" for nothing. In a career that has no equal in the business, Slim knew what made a ballad tick and, even more so, he knew what we wanted to hear. Without his input it is unlikely that we would have a music industry in Australia at all. He s sadly missed.
