PAW Patrol Lookout Tower at Chessington, join us for a look at the slide inside the Lookout Tower as Adventure Bay comes to life in World of PAW Patrol at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

The PAW Patrol Lookout Tower is one of the most recognisable parts of Adventure Bay, and one of the biggest questions from PAW Patrol fans was whether Chessington’s version would include the famous slide used by the pups. The Lookout Tower slide is here, bringing a key part of the PAW Patrol TV series into World of PAW Patrol at Chessington. The tower is designed as a real life version of the PAW Patrol Lookout Tower, complete with the rescue team feel, Adventure Bay styling and the slide that links directly to the way Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rubble, Rocky and Zuma head out on missions in the series.

World of PAW Patrol is now open at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, bringing Adventure Bay to the UK with PAW Patrol rides, character moments, play areas, themed buildings, rescue vehicles, the PAW Patrol gift shop and the Lookout Tower at the centre of the new land. The new area brings the world of Ryder and the pups into Chessington with a full Adventure Bay setting designed around rescue missions, teamwork, character vehicles and PAW Patrol details from the animated series.

The new PAW Patrol land includes Chase’s Mountain Mission, Skye’s Helicopter Heroes, Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue and Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure, giving Chessington a full set of PAW Patrol rides for the 2026 season. Chase’s Mountain Mission brings a rollercoaster style mission to Adventure Bay, Skye’s Helicopter Heroes lifts riders above the land in Skye’s helicopter, Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue adds a fire rescue themed ride, and Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure sends riders spinning across Adventure Bay on the UK’s first Drifter ride.

World of PAW Patrol also includes Rocky and Rubble’s Play Area, adding another themed space inspired by the rescue pups. Rocky and Rubble are a natural fit for a play area, with Rocky linked to recycling, fixing and creative problem solving, while Rubble brings construction, digging and building energy to Adventure Bay. Together, they help make the new land feel like a full PAW Patrol area rather than just a collection of rides.

The PAW Patrol gift shop adds the retail side of Adventure Bay, with PAW Patrol merchandise, PAW Patrol clothing, PAW Patrol toys, PAW Patrol gifts, PAW Patrol souvenirs, plush, accessories and character items based on Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, Everest and Liberty. For anyone visiting Chessington’s new PAW Patrol land, the shop gives guests a place to pick up World of PAW Patrol souvenirs and Adventure Bay merchandise from the resort’s newest area.

World of PAW Patrol replaces parts of the former Mexicana area, the old YooHoo Farm space and the Scorpion Express ride area. Scorpion Express originally operated as Runaway Train when Chessington World of Adventures opened as a theme park in 1987, before later being rethemed and eventually closing. Adventure Bay now gives this part of Chessington a completely new identity, replacing the old western and mine train setting with PAW Patrol theming, rescue vehicles, character detail, bright Adventure Bay buildings and a major new themed land for 2026.

PAW Patrol first launched in 2013 and became one of the biggest animated TV franchises in the world. The series follows Ryder and the PAW Patrol pups as they protect Adventure Bay through rescue missions, teamwork and problem solving. Chase is the police pup, Marshall is the fire pup, Skye is the flying pup, Rubble is the construction pup, Rocky is the recycling pup and Zuma is the water rescue pup. The PAW Patrol Lookout Tower is one of the key locations in the series, where the pups gather before heading out on missions using their vehicles, uniforms and rescue skills.

Chessington World of Adventures began as Chessington Zoo in 1931 before becoming Chessington World of Adventures in 1987, combining a theme park, zoo, SEA LIFE Aquarium, resort hotels and themed lands. Chessington has added major rides and areas over the years including Vampire, Dragon’s Fury, The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure, Room on the Broom, Croc Drop, Mandrill Mayhem and World of Jumanji. World of PAW Patrol continues that growth for 2026, adding Adventure Bay, PAW Patrol rides, the Lookout Tower, PAW Patrol hotel rooms and PAW Patrol merchandise to the Chessington Resort lineup.
