As with Insanity, this boss was not revealed that I made Neighbor, only a small community knew I made Neighbor. Following this, Neighbor will not be released to the public, not because of controversial approaches, but because I don't want to.
No matter what class you are, Neighbor is very hard to deal with, but isn't as brutal as Insanity. Neighbor is mainly a survival tier, only Scouts can outrun the Neighbor, even now, he has a low grace time, so be warned once you hear him.
There was a older version of the Neighbor, but the oldest one had a red glow in him, and only HL2 animations, and of course was a survival tier, he did have different sounds.

Legend says that someone got the most world records on the ILL, but legend also says those records were for some reason illegitimate, and then legend says someone took the real record, and thats exactly what happened. This level is for some reason fun and I had a good time with it when playing it for a few hours. Unfortunately the second half makes a 100% run near impossible due to the straight fly parts and the pitch black part. Nonetheless, this is the start of a quest...")

I had just absolute bad luck with this level. Now why did I play it, why did I go to verify it? One of the list leaders of the UDL told me that they were gonna contact the creator to make a possible version I can beat, and I had ultra low expectations for that statement. Because my goal was to beat every humanly possible version of Death Corridor, I couldnt pass this up. I was allowed to change, buff, and or nerf the level in any way Id want, and while I tried my best to balance the level I just kept getting so unlucky. But either way, this level was once impossible, but its now possible and I verified it, and as a request from the creator, itll be on their GD account, not mine.")
