They forgot to make Snake sleep for real when switching to the hanging animation, so we can kinda abuse it to our favor.
The sleepwalking glitch also kinda works if you use a handkerchief instead of eating a spatsa.
The railing zip glitch also works if you eat a spatsa instead of the fake death pill.
